IS Service Owner - Master Data Domain Manager – ABB Locations

We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. More than 10 years ago, our Information Systems Delivery Center in Krakow was built up. Last year it successfully merged into the newly created Global Business Services organization. This allows us to expand our global activities and support even further. To strengthen our Team, we are looking for Master Data Governance Manager. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with the rapidly developing organization. Your responsibilities
- Define Master Data Governance models, standards for ABB Locations area and assure they are being implemented within the organization
- Define operations processes for ABB Locations Area
- Own and define data quality KPIs for ABB Locations Domain
- Ensure ABB Locations data are up to date and are following changes in other data domains
- Work closely with business stakeholder, especially from real estates, understand their needs and make sure they are properly reflected in the ABB Locations Domain
- Lead ABB Locations Operations team, assuring right data maintenance practices are implemented
- Drive review meetings within the Business, Domain or Country Master Data Organizations in the area of ABB Locations
- Actively engage and lead if needed developments of tools and applications required for ABB Locations Master Data Domain
Your background
- Proven hands-on experience in Master Data or data management
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies will be a plus
- Knowledge of existing methods and tools for data transfers will be required
- Experience with Senior Stakeholder Management will be a plus
- SCRUM or AGILE methodologies is a plus
- ITIL4 foundation certification is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English
