    Position summary

    s (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality 5. Assist IT colleagues for resolving, and closing escalated issues experienced by the business. 6. Adhere to IS policies, procedures, and protocols for providing support to the business. Strict adherence to ABB core policies and procedures. 7. IS related vendor management tasks and activities to EUC 8. Collaborate with OSS/CX team for any global requirements and mandatory roll-out to EUC
    Qualifications for the role

    • BS in IT/IS sciences or engineering.
    • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Team player.
    • Good communication skill.
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience.
    • Fast adaptability to change
    • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
    • Knowledge in basic computer troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge in .Net application development.
    • Knowledge in Server Administration
    • Knowledge in MS SQL Server
    • Knowledge in Network Troubleshooting
    • Proficient in English (verbal and writing)
