ABB Marine on youtube: https://youtu.be/0hWI7RJJ0p8 https://https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDFNkAq6cYM Your responsibilities: • Assist with global technical support for RDS (Remote Diagnostics Services) installed base • Helping with RDS installed base maintenance and performing supervised periodical checks over a remote connection • Keeping project-related data up to date • Support deployment of new features on industrial sites • Site to cloud data flow maintenance • On-line software commissioning • Work in a cross discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team's activities. • Work in an international team and communicate in English on daily basis. Work model: hybrid #LI-Hybrid
Qualifications for the role

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with data flows in modern cloud architectures, preferably Azure
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP), Windows operating system, and databases
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI will be a strong asset
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to solve problems, strong analytical skills, attention to detail is essential
• Knowledge of Marine domain and/or basic knowledge of industrial automation systems would be an advantage
