In our Electrification Business Area, in EL e-Mobility division located in Terranuova Bracciolini, we are looking for a Junior Analyst Operations.

This position reports to

Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

• Perform analyses of financial operations performance versus budget, identify risks and opportunities and monitor corrective actions.
• Support the definition of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
• Work with the management team and the controllership team of the LSU to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends. Special focus areas: budgeting, forecasting and actual vs, budget of revenues analysis.
• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Work with the Customer Support team to improve revenues forecast and prioritization to support the LSU in meeting their budgets.
• Optimization Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.

Your background

• A bachelor degree in a scientific or economical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Forecast’s analysis or Sales Operations.
• Very good knowledge of Excel (MS Office in general).
• Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Motivation, proactivity and innovative mindset.
