    Position summary

    ributing to the service operations department of the Motion unit in Coimbra, Portugal // Paço de Arcos, Portugal. You will be mainly accountable for: • Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing technical service work as per customer order and expectations. • Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. • Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams. • Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities. You will join a dynamic, talented and high performance team, where you will be able to thrive.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Highly adept in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing low voltage and medium voltage drives.

    • You are passionate about AC/DC drives, power electronics and motors.

    • Degree in electrical engineering or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or professional training (such as vocational school) in a related field.

    • You are at ease communicating in Portuguese and English.

    • You hold current drivers license type B (car) valid in Portugal and Portuguese work permit.

    • Willing to travel throughout Portugal and to be rotationally on call 24/7.

    • Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)
