    Junior Maintenance Engineer

    As Junior Maintenance Engineer you will support the processes in maintaining and preserving efficiency of all equipment, production lines and/or facilities, resulting in optimization of technical resources.

    This position reports to

    Maintenance Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and measurement instruments calibration.

    • Collaborates with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new production lines, and consults on ways to improve reliability maintainability and safety of equipment.

    • Preparation of technical documentation of equipment, production lines.

    • Solves major technical, equipment problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

    • Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order.

    • Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

    • Coordinate in responding to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process.

    • Implements health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources.

    Your background

    • Master Degree in Mechanical, Electric, Automation, Energetic or Mechatronic Engineering
    • Digital skills are required
    • Fluency in English and in Italian
    • Strong initiative and proactivity skills
    • Knowledge of Autocad is a plus
    • Experience in cross functional teams, in international and multicultural work environment is a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work on several projects simultaneously
