The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Assist in the design and optimization of power electronics converters for traction and auxiliary applications. Your work will align with customer needs, industry standards, and internal specifications. • Contribute to the preparation, execution, and documentation of Type and Qualification tests to ensure systems perform as expected, under the guidance of experienced engineers. • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of our traction product families. Learn and assist in optimizing designs through collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Build a strong technical knowledge foundation in traction power electronics by working alongside experienced engineers. Gain hands-on experience and exposure to industry-leading systems and technologies.
    Qualifications for the role

    • A recent graduate or entry-level Power Electronics/Electrical Engineer with foundational knowledge in power electronics. Previous internships or hands-on experience are beneficial.
    • Eager to learn from seasoned colleagues, quickly assimilate knowledge, apply skills independently, and actively contribute to the team's success.
    • Enjoys working in an inclusive team environment and is enthusiastic about tackling challenges with the guidance and mentorship of senior engineers.
    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Willing to travel occasionally for project-related activities and team collaboration.
