    Position summary

    rofessional development. The work model for the role is: hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation, IA Procurement & Logistic in Krakow. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supplier qualification and registration. • Organize calls with suppliers and Ariba technical support, and act as the main point of contact for supplier qualification issues. • Request, verify, and archive required qualification documentation, including ABB Global Terms and Conditions, ABB Code of Conduct, ISO Certificates, and Bank Documentation. • Process Purchase Requisitions, create Purchase Orders, monitor order confirmations, manage on-time deliveries, and resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices. • Collaborate closely with internal customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, and report achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    Qualifications for the role

    • You are highly skilled in business English (B2/C1) and German (C1 is essential).
    • You have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally in operational procurement/SCM.
    • You possess advanced knowledge of SAP Ariba and Excel, which would be considered advantageous.
    • You are passionate about excellent communication, fostering team spirit, and maintaining customer focus with a proactive approach.
    • You have a demonstrated track record of negotiation skills.
