Junior Production Engineer

mainly accountable for: Defines the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets Identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements using Lean tools. Provides support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role

• Experience in Manufacturing field environment
• A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic field
• Experience with implementation of Lean 6 sigma methods and initiatives in production unit. Certification in Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office & Project; CAD software will be considered as advantage
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Good level of English language is a must
