In which, you will have chance to experience,  From 0 to 1 of new company setup, the team, the process and business strategy  Strong support from ABB for working in JV Main Accountabilities  Auditing & ISO Certifications o Setup a local certified Quality Management System (QMS) in new ABB JV across all functions. o Coordination of overall quality management system of public activities planning and implementation, including internal audit, management review and external audit and external certification. o According to the customer project requirements and the relevant regulations, establish, monitor and implement project quality assurance system, to ensure the effective implementation of the project  Drive operation excellence continuously o Annual company quality strategy follows up and promotion of quality culture & quality month/quarter event. o Maintain Employee Good Suggestion platform running in effective way, organize QCT activity and other activities for improvement o Promote best practice  Voice of the Customer o Ensure capturing Voice of the Customer e.g., to promote using related tools to log all customer quality issues to increase transparency and speed up issue resolutions. Ensure that the respective RCA reports in these issues have high standards and meet customer's expectations. o Implementing customer satisfaction survey and evaluation. o Drive critical quality issue resolution and follow preventive action plan implementation.  Team leadership and development o Ensures (with HRBP support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Ability
    •  Leadership on change management
    •  Good personnel communication skill, both with internal and external
    •  Good collaborating skills, problem-solving and decision-making skill
    •  Customer oriented spirit
    • Knowledge, Skills and Experience
    •  Bachelor's degree or above, Electrical Engineering/Technical background is preferred
    •  Familiar with quality management system/quality control practice and application of related standards, with 5-8 years working experience in factory and more than 2 years in people management.
    •  A good understanding of quality management and quality tools, L6S Green Belt or above is preferred
    •  Be fluent in written English
