    Key Account Sales Engineer B2B Industry M/F

    Essential mission: To develop, implement and manage the key account strategy, focusing on growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Interface all activities with the customer. Coordinate sales activities and manage the resolution of the specific customer issue throughout the sales cycle.

    Your responsibilities

    • Keeping abreast of market trends, competition and development opportunities.
    • Establish and develop account relationships with OEMs based on a defined strategy
    • Promote products and solutions for electric motors in markets where the client is active.
    • Lead the development and implementation of the account plan including designing the relationship strategy and account plan, prioritising opportunities and identifying the objectives for each solution.
    • Develop, maintain and share in-depth knowledge of the client's business strategy, buying behaviour, organisation, decision makers, client's business managers.
    • Act as a focal point for the follow-up of customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    • Plan, facilitate and conduct customer negotiations.

    Your background

    • Business school (and if possible basic technical training in industrial processes)
    • Significant commercial experience in the industrial environment and electric motors, appreciated in the follow-up of large industrial manufacturing accounts.
    • Sales and marketing techniques.
    • Industrial processes.
    • Knowledge of the French industrial market.
    • Located in Parisian region or Île de France
    • Able to communicate in English and French on a daily basis
    • Behavioural skills: Result orientation, teamwork and collaboration, customer and market orientation.
    • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everybody's business.
