    For the next steps in our sustainability process, we are looking for an experienced Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Project Co-ordinator. Within the ABB E-mobility Sustainability group, you will drive the next steps in Life Cycle Assessments and Sustainability at ABB E-mobility.     Your responsibilities

    • The primary function of the LCA Project Co-ordinator is to ensure availability of accurate data for the execution of LCA studies at ABB E-mobility. Moreover, the LCA Project Co-ordinator is responsible for and will act as a central point of contact for the following tasks:
    • Management of onsite LCA-related activities.
    • LCA inventory data collection & analysis: collecting & verifying data in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders (operations, sales & marketing, R&D, etc.) within ABB E-mobility.
    • Co-ordinating with external suppliers for data collection and verification.
    • Supporting execution of life cycle analysis studies (cradle-to-gate/cradle-to-grave) of ABB E-mobility products.
    • Ensuring our LCA projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, ABB documentation requirements and quality.
    • Co-ordinating the third-party verification process (critical reviews) of LCAs and EPDs.
    • Ensuring that certifications are executed in accordance with various standards and legislations.
    • Conducting internal trainings on LCA.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Energy Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent is desirable.
    • At least 1 year of experience in Project Management and data collection.
    • At least 1 year of experience in execution of LCAs is an advantage.
    • Ability to switch quickly between different topics, understand complex ecosystems and navigate cross-functional collaboration landscapes.
    • Proficient in / fluent knowledge of English, and preferably Italian.
    • Attention to detail while keeping the overall picture in mind, and excellent interpersonal skills as well as organisational capabilities.
    • Affinity for electric mobility.
    • Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
    • Experience with SimaPro or equivalent LCA tool is desirable.
    • Knowledge of Data analytics software such as Power BI or equivalent is a plus.
    • Well-versed in MS-Office, particularly in MS Excel.
