Implement global strategy and advise management and business on legal and integrity issues relating to the relevant area(s) of responsibility to ensure full compliance with Group directives and instructions, as well as local legal regulations.
This position reports to
Region/Country Legal/Integrity Manager
Your responsibilities
- Draft contracts and give advice on contractual issues at general and specific level of each business.
- Review contracts, modify and take consultations of all kinds.
- Participation in business meetings (support to business units).
- Coordination with law firms.
- Legal advice in general terms.
Your background
- Bachelor´s Degree in Law, a Master´s Degree is desirable.
- 5 years of experience in legal field, ideally working in the engineering industry.
- Knowledge of mining contracts and mining legislation.
- Experience in MS Office and SAP.
- Advanced English level is a must.
