    Local Business Line Manager

    As a Local Business Line Manager for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will drive the sales and Operation performance, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.

    This position reports to

    Cement Business Unit Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • •Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them, especially for Cement, Data Center Automation, Battery Manufacturing, Food & Beverage industry
    • •Coordinating the information flow around sales and operation activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
    • •Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
    • •Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
    • •Building a robust business line organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration
    • •coordination with global business unit, for overseas projects
    • •Team management
    • •Profit & Loss responsibility for the local Business Line

    Your background

    • •More than 5 years of experience in business management, prefer background in the cement industry
    • •Knowledge of automation business
    • •Experience in direct and in-direct sales, experience in dealing with EPC's active in the cement business
    • •Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude
    • •Team leaderships skills, leading the local business line with approx. 4-6 direct reports
    • •Good English language skills both written and oral, for coordination with global business unit
