Local Controller E-Mobility

We are looking for a Local Controller to join our Electrification business. You will act as a business partner to a business manager to cooperate with the Global organization in developing a business model and to optimize financial performance within an assigned Factory. You will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as the key partner for the relevant business leader in determining strategy for area of responsibility, aligning with wider strategy, implementing and making adjustments in implementation as needed.
• Monitor progress achieved and provide insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency. Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital.
• Assess business risk exposure and define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Ensure that risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility.
• Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure the compliance with the statutory and local tax regulations in conjunction with the relevant support functions.

Your background

• A bachelor or master degree in Economics.
• At least 8 years of experience in finance and controlling with a special focus in Industrial controlling.
• Knowledgeable of operations, return material, customer support, logistic processes and service.
• Knowledgeable of statutory financial report.
• SAP knowledge.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
• Available for occasional job travels abroad.
• Ability to lead and adapt.
