    As Local Division Information Systems Manager you will be leading our local division IS function, ensuring end-to-end delivery of IS services enabling local division level strategy and operations. You will also lead a team of IS experts, ensuring efficient IS service capabilities. This role is located in our Large Motors and Generators division in Helsinki, Finland. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of IS capabilities, solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps which align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. An important part of your role will also be overseeing and taking part in division level IS strategy execution. Alongside the Finnish Large Motors & Generators division you will also support our division in Estonia.     Your responsibilities

    • Responsibility for defining, maintaining and implementing specific frameworks and models for your area of responsibility and the management of the lifecycles of all managed IS assets.
    • Defining metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of implemented technologies and channels, as well as continuous improvement on customer and consumer experiences; ensuring that the technology driven ensures value creation in business.
    • Responsibility for IS processes, metrics, and audits.
    • Overseeing the management of the end-to-end of the function, including resource allocation transparency to the customer/consumer.
    • Responsibility for division level IS strategy execution; developing and communicating plans to drive the agreed strategy.
    • Ensuring that a framework of policies, standards, process, and practices are in place to guide provision of our IT services, as well as ensuring adherence to our IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation.
    • Actively managing relationships with the different stakeholders.
    • Leading a team of IS experts, providing coaching and support where possible.

    Your background

    • Several years of experience in the field of Information Systems, ideally in a complex industrial setting.
    • B.Sc. or higher in a relevant field, e.g. Computer/Software Engineering.
    • Good communication skills and stress tolerance, as well as the ability to manage complexity.
    • You are a customer-oriented, and a motivating leader with good collaboration skills.
    • Working proficiency in English is required in this role; other language skills are an advantage.
    • Previous team leader experience is considered an advantage for the role.
