In this role you will be the responsible Traction Manager for the local front-end and execution Teams with a focus on the local markets and key customers, ensuring all commitments to customers. Furthermore, leading the cost management in the Local Division and pushing for productivity improvements are key parts of this role. Reporting to a Division Management Team Member, you ensure local country compliance of Traction Division and fulfill fiduciary duties. Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain management contacts to customers, operators and political stakeholders
- Act as the responsible local Traction manager for sales/service support and all commitments to customers
- Take full responsibility for the “What-part" of execution and external and internal customer deliveries
- Lead cost management in the Local Division and push for productivity improvements
- Member of the "Rail Propulsion" Product Line management team, acting on behalf of all Traction Product Lines
- Fulfill the fiduciary duties for Traction in Switzerland
- Lead local order execution and production
- Cooperate with the country organization and the site organizations to leverage synergies and to provide good business support and infrastructure for all Traction employees in CH
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and norm-specific compliance of the Traction activities in CH as well as adherence to the HSE, HR, and Infrastructure strategies of the Traction Division in CH
Your background
- Entrepreneurial spirit and way of working
- Strong leadership experience (over 10 years) in a dynamic and fast developing business
- Strong communication (DE/EN - FR beneficial) capabilities
- Profound experience in investment goods sales and project execution
- Traction-relevant industry experience
