    As a Location HR Business Partner for our Cluster Enclosures, HUB Energy Distribution at the Sasbach manufacturing site, you will ensure that we are excellently positioned in terms of human resources topics. Specifically, you will guide and support leaders on the issue of employee leadership and in relation to matters of employment law. You will drive the HR strategy for your area of responsibility and will have the confidence to deliver business projects at a local level.     Your responsibilities

    • Work closely with leaders, get to grips with the needs of the business, and provide relevant coaching/advice on all HR-related issues
    • Initiate and implement the HR strategy based on the global HR strategy
    • Plan bespoke HR measures and processes, including their systematic implementation
    • Foster the change of culture, including with regard to the demands on the leaders of the future
    • Conduct precise and consistent performance management of employees and leaders
    • Build and manage a constructive relationship with stakeholders and the local works council

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in HR or similar
    • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR / labor law
    • HR responsibility for production areas in shift operations would be an advantage
    • Experience in the implementation of strategic business projects would be of advantage
    • Experience in German labor and works constitution law as well as collective bargaining agreements in the
    • metals/electrical sector would be beneficial
    • Fluent written and spoken German and English
    • Self-assured and proactive with excellent communication skills and organizational flair, trustworthy personality, appreciation and embodiment of the ABB values
    • The mindset of a change agent and coaching training would be helpful
