    You will be working as Location HRBP – Drives and will be reporting to Local HR Business Partner and will be a part of Motion Business for System Drives division, located in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be responsible for being a core member of the Business Management Teams in the relevant Division/Business Unit/Function, accountable for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business, translating business goals into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation in partnership with the appropriate Centers of Expertise (CoE) and Global Business Services (GBS)

    Your responsibilities

    • Mainly responsible for planning and deploying people strategy aligned with group strategy, including culture, competence, and organization
    • Decide on people and organizational capabilities need in the mid to long term, to execute the business goals in line with Budgets
    • Designing and implementing organization structure and principles in line with group and global rules and standards
    • Developing high performing teams, including organization restructuring, optimal utilization, redeployment and right-sizing of people resources
    • Building performance culture in the organization; Implement group and global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance
    • Identifying performance issues and take actions. Recognize and reward high performance individuals and teams. Decide on leadership and functional competence actions to support business strategy; Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence
    • Having collaboration with Talent Partners in CoE, set and implement strategies and actions to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization, including recruitment, identification and succession planning on business-critical positions, diversity and inclusion

    Your background

    • Required qualified master’s in human resource management
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience required
    • It will be one year fix term contract with ABB and based on performance it can be extended
    • Having collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
    • Must have a strong communication skill
