The role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Must be able to handle multiple projects and effectively prioritize projects
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Work within and collaborate with remote teams
• Able to read and interpret technical instructions
• Collegiate studies in industrial engineering, drafting, packaging science, design, or engineering
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and part drawings
• Effectively communicate information and collaborate with factory teams
• Application of mathematical concepts, for example, probabilities and statistics, geometry, and trigonometry
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and recommend solutions
• Mentoring and networking opportunities
• Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns
• This programing will include global and local sessions

Your background

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in the US
• GPA 3.0+
• Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
