As a Maintenance Engineer for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for daily maintenance implementation and machine/utilities performance monitoring.

This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for TPM / PM systematic management and development
• Ensuring failure analysis and quick trouble shooting
• Implementing effective RCA to improve maintenance operation
• Setting up effective KPI's to improve maintenance performance continuously
• Improving equipment/utilities availability
• Improving production efficiency by optimizing equipment operation
• Being responsible for energy saving and management; Security system management

Your background

• A bachelor above degree, major in mechanical/electrical engineering, electrical automation
• Very good electrical safety sense and fully understand on electrical safety rules,
• Be familiar with HVAC system, Air compressor, Security system and Power supply system
• Strong systematic thinking and logistic analysis capability
• Good initiative works on high pressure
