In this position you will support Global manager and his international management team which located mainly in Europe and US. This position is performed remotely from Ostrava. This is a Management assistant, reporting to the Department Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Management assistant for various global managers and management team member
• Organizing calendars, meetings, workshops
• Preparing presentations, reports, organization charts and correspondence
• Minutes of meetings
• Travel arrangements

Your background

• Previous experience in assistant roles, preferably in an international environment, management assistant experience is a plus
• Fluency in English in verbal and writing, other languages plus
• High sense of ownership and urgency
• High sense of confidentiality (considering tasks may involve handling of confidential data/information)
• Proactive working methods, ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in an international virtual environment
• Advanced in MS Office
• Holding continuous improvement mindset, capable suggesting improvements in administrative and assistant processes and practises
