    Manufacturing Intern

    Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (duration as per local country policy) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.     This position reports to

    Manufacturing Unit Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services within defined area, as directed.
    • Learns to accomplish relevant tasks through practical experience, to support course of academic study and/or enhance personal employment opportunities.
    • Project development assigned by the organization, to compete internally in the Lineage Power interns program.
    • The project is focused on improving the OEE (Overall Effectiveness Equipment) KPI of the PAL 3, PAL 2 and SMT production lines.

    Your background

    • Students with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related with active school insurance
    • Availability from Monday to Friday.
    • Manufacturing Industry experience (desirable).
    • Advance Excel & Power Point proficiency.
    • Operation of Chronometer and measuring tape.
    • Times and movements study.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and AutoCAD (desirable).
    • Conversational English level.
