Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related.
Seven to eight years of experience working in industry.
Four years of experience as a manufacturing team leader.
Experience working with Root Cause Analysis Tools.
Lean Manufacturing - Metal mechanic assembly processes.
Black Belt Certification - ISO 9000 Certification - MBA.
Advanced English skills.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to work as a team.
