    Position summary

    table for: • Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. • Create a supplier pre-selection process based on their experience and service • Review the entire Purchases/SAP Ariba registration process to identify areas for improvement: Optimize the registration process, filling out the form in Spanish for a better understanding of the supplier. • Train the supplier with the corporate rules and branding. • Train the marketing, communication, and purchasing service areas so that the process is established if it is necessary to update/add suppliers in the future. • Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.     Qualifications for the role

    • You are immersed in improvement processes
    • Highly adept in Excel
    • You are passionate about problem solving, teamwork, effective communication
    • Degree in Administration, Industrial or Logistics
    • You are at ease communicating in English at conversational level
