    Material Planner

    You will be working as Material Planner and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Services Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Service Coordinator and will be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Support internal customer service inquiries. Sets inventory parameters, inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsible for entire processing of customer purchase orders after reviewing. Processing customer orders in to SAP (SD) and ensuring that orders are filled correctly and on time
    • Responsible for technical and delivery complaints, delay in delivery, orders acknowledgment, orders changes, delivery notes generation,
    • Revenue planning for the month within 1st week
    • knowledge in ERP system SAP ECC i.e., order creating in ERP system (SAP), material management, inventory reports, material master creation etc
    • Interacting/Co-ordinating with suppliers (both Internal & External) to resolve issues related to quality and for effective execution with quality, engineering, SCM for effective execution.
    • Creation of purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipts in SAP (third party, stock transfer, service, repair etc) and ensuring those orders are filled correctly and on time
    • Continuously following-up with internal and external, invoicing in SAP (delivery, PGI & Invoicing), managing the exhibitions and events collecting information including payment options and record for future reference

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical / electrical & electronics or similar
    • Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in collecting information including payment options and record for future reference
    • Handling customer complaints and quires related to supplies made, cost control in each & every project, proof of delivery / revenue recognition
    • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reports, MIS reporting
