Mechanical Design Engineer

Your responsibilities
- •Being responsible for mechanical design and development for drive products (e.g., Drive, IMD, Panel, PLC etc.) according to global market requirements.
- •Being responsible for Mechanical parts and mechanism design, thermal simulation and DFM, 3D models and 2D drawings creation and updating, and materials selection and validation.
- •Defining technical/product specifications, technical requirements of parts and components, and verification schemes according to relevant products requirements and standards.
- •Collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete validation of new design/solutions.
- •Solving technical problems risen from internal and external customers, preparing related technical documents.
Your background
- •At least eight years’ experience in mechanical design and thermal simulation.
- •Rich experience in mechanical design and familiarity with the process of injection molding, die casting , sheet metal forming, extrusion and so on.
- •Proficiency with Creo, Floefd and related CAD software tools.
- •Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, other related discipline such as material Engineering can also be considered.
- •Knowledge of modern mass manufacturing as well as rapid prototyping methods.
- •Good English and Chinese communication skills (spoken and written).
