We seek for a “MECHANICAL DESIGNER” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in ELDS factory in Gebze,(Istanbul asia) location in Istanbul.

Your responsibilities

• Following up the mechanical side of switchgear projects project from beginning to the delivery,
• Making mechanical design of Medium Voltage Switchgear using the necessary tools and programs(Solid Works, AutoCAD, SAP),
• Preparing the documentations BOM’s, material lists, drawings
• Following non-conformance reports and taking necessary preventive actions,
• Creation of Design to order DTO solutions according to customer projects requirements.
• Support to R&D projects

Your background

• University degree in Mechanical engineering or Design and Construction Teaching
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• 2-3 years of related work experience preferably medium voltage or low voltage electrical distribution panels and switchgears
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team-work oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Available for international travels.
