    You will be working as MONM Sales Manager North Asia and will be part of Motion Business Area for NEMA Motors Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Area Sales Manager - APAC and will be responsible driving a superior customer experience and profitable growth through the execution of the divisions international strategy across legacy and hero product lines

    Your responsibilities

    • Participating in sales strategy discussions for assigned area, agrees short- and long-term goals and negotiates the product group sales budget. Creating the area product group sales plans together with local sales units
    • Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by local Sales Units. Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g. product launches) and communication to local Sales organization and customers and communicates the value proposition of the products, systems, service and packages. Localizing value propositions and marketing material to suit region requirements
    • Empowering local sales resources to take care of their local customers, bring back local customer needs to the global functions, technical and application support, end to end pricing with local sales units, providing modern and efficient sales and delivery tools and technology, establishing a community to share knowledge and best practices
    • Leading and monitoring sales activities and performance, creating market segmentation, channel segmentation and customer prioritization, developing local go-to-market model with cross-divisional activities as needed
    • Ensuring appropriate local product management and customer support, establishing local profitability and pricing, provide functional competence and people development, accountable for growth in market share in region and ensuring accuracy of data in region
    • Taking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution. Responsible for analyzing lost proposals to increase future competitiveness
    • Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Requesting the sales forecast of assigned countries. Providing regular reports of the area sales activities and training

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree AS/BS/MBA or equivalent job experiences
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in defined markets, sales and technical aptitude of electric motors
    • Having previous experience being as an business development management or sales management
    • Willing to traveling to various countries
    • Oral and written communication skill is a must with the ability to read and report financial skill is a must
    • Strong Strategic, planning, execution, organizational skill is a must
