    As a NEMA Motor Sales Specialist for Motion Business Area in Seoul, South Korea, you will be responsible for driving a superior customer experience and profitable growth through the execution of the division’s international strategy across legacy and Hero product lines, new markets penetration of Hero Products.

    This position reports to

    Local Business Area Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Participating in sales strategy discussions for assigned area, agrees short- and long-term goals and negotiating the Product Group sales budget. Creating the area Product Group sales plans together with local sales units
    • Analyzing customer and market needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by local Sales Units
    • Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g. product launches) and communication to local Sales organization and customers and communicates the value proposition of the products, systems, service and packages
    • Collaborating with local sales resources to take care of their local customers
    • Developing local go-to-market model with cross-divisional activities as needed
    • Taking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution. Responsible for analyzing lost proposals to increase future competitiveness
    • Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Requesting the sales forecast of assigned countries

    Your background

    • 5+ Years Low Voltage Motor product experience in defined markets, sales and technical aptitude of electric motors
    • Have previous experience being as a Business Development Management or Sale Management
    • A bachelor’s degree, major in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or any equivalent qualification
    • Able and capable of traveling to various countries
    • Oral and written communication in English and Korean
    • Able to read and report financial in English
    • A strategic planning and execution experience
