In this role you will monitor daily assistance at the start of the shift and the line performance hour by hour.
Your responsibilities
- Support the supervisor in the following activities:
- Report the daily absenteeism
- Assure the lines start up within the first hour of the shift
- Follow up with area materials, quality, fabrication, maintenance, manufacturing to fulfill the needs of the lines
- Support HSE investigations, near misses, hazard reports & concerns
- Collect information to create a pareto about the top offenders in output lost to apply continuous improvement actions
Your background
- Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coah. MX (work on site)
- Currently enrolled (1 year before of graduation)
- Advanced English, Excel intermediate knowledge
- Skills: Proactive & results oriented profile, Strong oral and written communication, Working well in a team, Good time management.
