    Global Head of Operations, HSE
    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure health and safety of all employees

    • Execute customer focused operations in line with business priorities

    • Organize and resource the unit in line with business needs and budget

    • Ensure unit is developing according to all business targets and requirements

    • Ensure a transparent & predictable communication with all stakeholders

    • Ensure ABB governance and processes are followed

    • People development

    • As Managing director of the Unit your are accountable to meet all legal duties for instance related to tax, trade compliance, environment and occupational safety and labor

    Your background

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business or similar

    • Min. 5 years of working experience

    • Strong leadership skills proven by solid track record and delivered results

    • Good understanding of P&L and the capability to take P&L accountability

    • Strong operations understanding and vision of modern distribution center

    • Customer-oriented and mindset and passion to drive development

    • Conversational in English, German language skills are highly recommended
