Order and Delivery Project Manager

The Order and delivery project manager is a hybrid role where one part is order administration and the other is delivery project management. As a project manager at Force Measurement, you will have the technical, economic and commercial responsibility for our delivery projects. You will be working with several projects in parallel and the task is to keep the projects on-time and within budget, without compromising the quality. Our customers are located all over the world, and you need to be willing to travel. You will have the possibility to build up a large international contact net, both with local ABB-units and external customers This position reports to Order Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Order administration and handle general customer service requests.
• Project management with technical, economic and commercial responsibility.
• Creating overview diagram and technical documents.
• As you progress, you will be working with larger projects and handle important customers.
• You can expect varied tasks and good opportunities to evolve.
• Occasional international travel.

Your background

• At least 2-5 years' proven experience/skills in similar roles.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory, written and spoken alike.
• You are self-confident, driven, customer focused and with the attitude that everything is achievable in a team.
• You need to be comfortable in handling many tasks at the same time and with many points of contact. In this role you will be a vital part of the operation hub.
• Good leadership and communication skills on top of problem solving and analyzing abilities are success enablers in this role.
• Good to have experience or knowledge in electrical, mechanical engineering and automation systems.
• Good to have experience or knowledge in rolling mills or other process industries.
• Good to have experience with SAP, project planning tools, Super-user, any IT-system.
