    Order Entry and Administration Specialist

    Join us as Office Admin & Order Processing Specialist for the Electrification Business Area where you will be responsible for office administration and accurately processing customer Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP. Reporting to Engineering and Project Management Manager and this position will be based in Moorebank, Australia.

    Your responsibilities

    • Supporting internal and external customers through swift and precising order entry and issuing resolution
    • Communicating with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information
    • Managing clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer, and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system
    • Managing SAP based sales order + project order entry / invoicing and entering time sheets in SAP and coordinating of collection & ensuring timely entry
    • Handling travel management via SAP Concur (International/Domestic, VISAs, Hotel Bookings & Car Bookings) – administration of current company policy
    • Managing minor indirect procurement of office supplies & other office admin duties and parts creation in SAP
    • Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility

    Your background

    • Professional TAFE / Degree qualifications or min 5 years or more industry experience in relevant role
    • Sound knowledge of SAP order processing & invoice generation
    • Able to manage company travel management via SAP-Concur (or equivalent)
    • Ability to learn & support wider project & sales teams
    • Excellent communication skills
