Order Handling Specialist

The role reports to the Production Manager and is located in Senatobia, Mississippi.

Your responsibilities

• Directly supporting IPU strategy in to connect the production and warehouse processes for a seamless production schedule flow
• Collaborates with Warehouse to resolve inventory discrepancies in production pick process for 5000 and 1000 parts
• Verifies 100% that all off-site (5000 Material) confirmed to be picked by Warehouse is 100% verified and correct upon delivery to floor
• Creates problem totes and writes up Return to Stock Material of Off-Site over pick / misspicked / miss off-site parts
• Maintains inventory integrity of pick park staging area (every order must be a good order or have pending resolution)
• Coordinates activities for process improvement between warehouse and production
• Order entry for manual PO’s for internal Plants not on electronic submission
• Process pick-pack requests
• Review of open/ overdue backlog orders and scheduling. (aging, order resolution on floor, integrity of scheduled orders)
• Coordinate rework activities to completion
• Supports process sustainability among stakeholders (warehouse, kitting area, problem totes, organization through 5S)

Your background

• High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
