You will provide vital help to the Customer Support for electrical Actuators & pneumatic Positioner and Flow-Measurement Products in Minden, Germany. You will meet business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high-quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. In this role you will help engage internal customers and drive efficient services in a variety of administrative areas.
This position reports to
Manager Customer Support
Your responsibilities
- Entry, confirmation, execution and verification of customer orders in German and English
- Independent order processing in coordination with the relevant departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping)
- Scheduling and process monitoring
- Creation of invoices and credit notes
- Ensuring compliance with specified process
Your background
- At least 3 years of experience in order processing, customer service or a completed commercial vocational training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order management software
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in German and minimum basic knowledge of English
- Technical understanding would be helpful
