Order Management Specialist

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist, responsible for Electrification portfolio, who will support the Sales organization and customers. In this role you will be integrated in our Commercial Operations team.

Your responsibilities

• 1. Purchasing
• Processing purchase orders in SAP system for direct procurement
• Purchases products from feeder factories according to sales
• plan and forecast. Perform export-import and custom procedures.
• Provide efficient and timely operations of forwarding agents and logistic suppliers.
• Execute PR to PO process, track goods receipt, confirm delivery and conditions with suppliers
• goods. Oversees price quotes to customers.
• 2. Order handling
• Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate
• and timely delivery of products, and timely issuance of
• invoices for revenue generation. Act as first port of call to
• customers’ questions and orders. Tracking the order status and providing order
• status information.
• Track goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
• Maintain sustainable customer relationships, and prioritizes the work
• according to the defined criteria, to ensure consistent
• customer satisfaction.
• 3. Logistics
• Manages logistics operations to effectively
• control inbound and outbound shipping of products to
• customers. Manages warehouse operations and inventory.
• Ensures on time delivery based on customer’s request
• 4. Customer assistance
• Work on resolution of customer issues (e.g., order,
• technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations,
• Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external
• teams. Participates in customer support related development
• projects (e.g., tools, competences, resources).
• 5. Special requests
• Ensure realization of special customer requests, and coordinates
• with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request
• (e.g. resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.

Your background

• • Bachelor´s degree will be considered as an advantage
• • Experience in accounting will be considered as an advantage;
• • SAP knowledge and experience working with SAP will be considered as an advantage
• • Good knowledge of MS Office
• • Native speaker of the Serbian language
• • Good knowledge of English
• Additional Information
