Order Management Specialist (m/w/d) E-mobility

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders from order creation to invoicing and will be the contact person in this regard for our commercial and order-relevant customers. You will work together with other related departments (e.g. sales, production, service) to find the best solution for our customers. For our key account customers you will work together as a tandem with the respective Customer Operations Manager. Sounds interesting? Then apply now!

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for all processing from customer order to invoicing
- Creating and monitoring the status of orders
- Ordering materials and organizing commissioning if necessary including last mile support
- Provide effective solutions to customers with order related issues by coordinating internal resources to resolve issues
- Ensure inquiries are resolved and assist with escalation as needed
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing regular updates and clarifications
- Monitor overall process and trends in inquiries and identify opportunities for improvement
- Set revenue and ensure handover to service
Your background
- Commercial vocational training
- At least 2 years of experience in order processing and/or purchasing
- An agile and proactive approach and the ability to take responsibility for customer issues
- Good SAP knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
