As a Sales for Electrification Business Area in Taipei City, Taiwan, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed sales channel strategy in specified market in order to enhance ABB market penetration and achieve channel business growth aspirations. Planning and executing Panel Builders business strategy and continuously build up closer relationship with panel builders.

Your responsibilities
- Implementing the agreed channel partner (Panel Builders) strategy. Contributes to the identification of appropriate channels and targets of panel Builders. Providing 2nd tier Panel Builder market input for our sales team, and harmonize Panel builders market when meet conflict
- Exploring and contributing 2nd tier Panel Builder market information to our sales team. Promote our product portfolio to 2nd tier Panel Builder market. Creates detailed 2nd tier Panel Builder market business plans and implement with regular follow-up.
- Contributing in sales negotiations and provide offers /proposals for 2nd tier Panel Builder in line with broader sales offers
- Identifying and evaluating 2nd tier Panel Builder market with the Channel or Sales Manager. Regularly reports progress against 2nd tier Panel Builder market el strategy. Conducting analyses on Panel Builder market activity and takes ownership for solving problems identified
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require channel/segment partner participation. Implementing the planned communication, promotion and training activities for 2nd tier Panel Builder
- Supporting in driving strategic partnerships, developing relationships with 2nd tier Panel Builder decision makers
Your background
- A bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical or electrical engineering or IT background is a plus
- Automation or electrical channel sales experience in industries over 3 years
- Good knowledge in Electrical Engineering products/systems
- Able to integrate low voltage different products into one solution to customer
- Significant sales drive, focus energy to achieve and close profitable deals. Ability to push himself/herself to develop in line with the changes in the organization
- Excellent skills in building up relationship with customers. Show mature selling behavior and actively drives discussions and negotiations to benefit business with customers
- Good knowledge in contract and risk management
