    Performance Management Senior Specialist

    As a Performance Management Senior Specialist, you will be working in the Business Services (BS) organization, in the largest center located in Krakow. Reporting to the Performance Management Manager, you will build, develop and control performance management framework within organization.

    Your responsibilities

    • Maintaining comprehensive KPI controlling framework, build-up business model, financial governance, control and reporting structure
    • Conducting Root Cause Analysis of the processes within FIOS (globally) to provide value added feedback to stakeholders from the Business and conduct improvement initiatives of FIOS services
    • Performing process analytics, including: expending capabilities of data sources (Celonis, PowerBI Dashboards, SAP, Sharepoint) and running root cause analysis
    • Managing escalations coming from Business Area CFO Teams to understand Business requirements related to FIOS services and inefficiencies in the processes
    • Designing and implementing effective ways of driving performance improvement within GBS FIOS through data analytics across all areas (Customer, Process, People)
    • Understanding the organization’s vision, objectives and improvement needs and suggesting and launching projects within Performance Management framework for KPI (working closely with Q&CI Team)
    • Supporting and improving bottom-up ideas coming from Finance Operation teams for KPI data visualization and new reporting requirements
    • Building effective cross hub networks to ensure best practices are shared, followed and implemented in daily operations
    • Collaborating closely with Delivery Managers (across all Hubs) and Q&CI Team to drive process improvements and fact based performance management

    Your background

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial role (operations/controlling/operational excellence) in multinational company
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics or Economics
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
    • Good understanding of databases (SQL, PowerBI), previous experience in working on Celonis would be an asset
    • Business partnering and global stakeholder management skills (working closely with Global Process Owners)
    • Analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions
    • Very good knowledge of business English
    • Demonstrated independence in problem solving
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build network within organization
