Your responsibilities

• Introducing the apprenticeship training program, which includes all project planning and project management tasks as well as conceptual design of apprenticeship training activities in coordination with personnel management for Austria
• Independently handling control, coordination and continuous strategic development of apprenticeship training
• Acting as contact person for apprentice trainers at the company, working in close cooperation with schools
• Implementing employer branding, personnel marketing and a recruiting strategy for the apprenticeship program
• Identifying talent and individually promoting these apprentices in order to build a long-term connection to the company
• Designing and implementing new strategic projects in the field of personnel development
• Working in close cooperation with specialist departments, HR business partners, trainers and coaches
• Acting as contact person and interface for vocational schools (Incl. school visits and travel)
• Coordinating with stakeholders on a regular basis

Your background

• Completed commercial education (e.g. Austrian HAK, college/university) ideally with focus on human resources
• Several years of professional experience in the field of personnel development and experience training apprentices
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools; very good English skills
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment
• Reliable, precise and structured approach to work
• Empathy, social and intercultural competence
• Service-oriented, holistic and solution-oriented reasoning skills
