    Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

    This role involves providing assistance in the development and execution of the Planning & Fulfillment processes, skills and tools, aiming at improving on-going projects’ quality in production sites, warehouses, suppliers and 3PL. You will perform detailed evaluations for Planning & Fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization) and proposal of alternative solutions to achieve targets levels of service quality and operational efficiency.

    Planning & Fulfillment Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Identify non-performance and drive improvement initiatives.
    • Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management.
    • Calculate and maintain inventory parameters in SAP ERP: safety stock, lot size, lead-time.
    • Monitor the purchase orders backlog and perform regular expediting activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers.
    • Minimize the late backlog, tackle root causes and lead recovery plans.
    • Aid the creation and implementation of Planning & fulfillment strategy and procedures.
    • Compile and send regular reports to business leaders on Planning & Fulfillment and service quality performance.

    Your background

    • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of professional experience in related functions such as procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics or export.
    • Knowledge of SAP ERP as well as advanced MS-Excel skills.
    • Fluent English.
    • Collaborative and solution-focused approaches. Strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • Good track of problem solving and analytic achievements.
