Your responsibilities

• Receive and return orders via fax, phone, EDI, etc.
• Maintain a constant and direct communication with the Customer so that orders come in with all the complete and correct data, and are processed quickly.
• Contact customer (if necessary) and document communications
• Ensure that return RMA is edited and processed promptly
• Take necessary actions to ensure special requirement implementation
• Document and communicate to customer any order modifications
• Interface with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
• Respond to customer inquiries concerning their order / delivery status
• Maintain up-to-date and orderly filing system
• Investigate and resolve order entry error messages

• Bilingualism is essential (French/English)
• Proficiency office software
• SAP and SFDC an Asset
• Excellent skills for communication
• Capacity of fast adaptation to the various products and the process
• Dynamism
