    Your responsibilities

    • LSO Division Interface - Acts as the interface between the local Sales organization(s) (LSOs) and the Global Pricing function and the Division Pricing Managers. Capable of handling one or more LSOs in the region.
    • Price Recommendation - Develops and implements efficient and effective methods to execute price recommendations generated for the LSO(s) by a Pricing Business Intelligence tool. Plans, monitors and measures progress on execution of the pricing recommendations. Provides data to assist the local sales management to determine the local pricing strategy.
    • Pricing Data - Resolves, manages, monitors and addresses pricing data issues. Prepares, updates and maintains Business Intelligence pricing dashboards.
    • Procedures & Tools - Develops and implements SQL stored procedures to support repetitive data tasks. Assists in the development of pricing tools to support the local teams.
    • Analyzing & Reporting - Extracts and analyzes data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current pricing strategy (revenue, margin and volume improvement) and provides regular status reports to relevant local and global management.
    • Price Strategy Definition - Manage Gross Price List structure and Selling Price definition (Dynamic price repositioning processes). Define and implement a repositioning process based on internal and external triggers. Responsible for Rebates/SPA management.
    • Price Execution - Responsible for Pricing analytics, to guide decisions thru analysis of pricing metrics and data sets.
    • Coordinate pricing initiatives and Action plans among different functions (Quotation teams, Channel management, Finance as well as Sales). Definition of clear Commercial policies based on customers and product segmentations.
    • Cooperate to external Communication of Price changes.
    • Pricing Infrastructure - Responsible for pricing tool deployment and adoption, Master Data accuracy (together with IS), Deployment of metrics, dashboards, reports in pricing decision-making and Performance monitoring.
    • Pricing Transformation & Continuous Improvement - Continuous Harmonization of the LSO’s pricing framework (List price, Discount matrix, Channel Policies, etc.)
    • Monitoring of application of daily processes (SPA control, discount Management,…), roll out of Pricing transformation programs.
    • Governance & Monitoring - Sales Processes definition and implementation; Compliance and Audit.

    Your background

    • Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor or a Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, Analytics or an equivalent data driven quantitative discipline is preferred.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills in local and English languages.
    • Self-starter, good attitude, work well with people.
    • Good command of the fundamentals of statistical and quantitative analysis.
    • Basic understanding of the basics of mathematical modeling and optimization.
    • Excellent financial and analytical skills. Data driven. Strong understanding of micro economics and pricing concepts.
    • Experience with one or 2 Business Intelligence Tools, e.g. Power BI and / or Tableau is preferred.
    • Good working knowledge of MS SQL Language to perform the needed unions and joins.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
