As a Procurement and Logistics Specialist Third Parties you play a crucial role in our team by ensuring that all purchasing activities are aligned with company policies and procedures. Based on your market knowledge you provide valuable information to continuously improve our purchasing process. Sounds interesting? Then apply now!
Your responsibilities
- Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, prices, delivery schedules and terms.
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers and regularly update price lists, terms and conditions
- Initiate purchase orders in accordance with purchasing requirements and standard procedures
- Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, delivery times) and resolve performance issues
- If necessary, identify and qualify new suppliers in conjunction with specialists for supplier quality
Your background
- Commercial education
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in purchasing
- Knowledge of SAP
- A team-oriented, solution-oriented approach to work as well as very good written and oral communication skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English
