As a Procurement & Logistics Trainee for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will support the logistical daily work and procurement daily work.
This position reports to
Business Manager - Operations
Your responsibilities
- Following up the material import and finish goods export
- Collecting info and prepare the document etc.
- Monitoring shipments
- Being responsible for indirect material order and monitoring
- Overseeing supplier delivery pull-in
- Sourcing data analysis
- Creating OTD report
Your background
- Major in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or logistics management or comparable
- Must have relevant experience
- Fluency in English
