Procurement Process Excellence and Digital Transformation Intern Team Member RA

During this internship, you will be part of our international team and you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of procurement processes and digital transformation, and improve your skills in project administration and coordination, communication, working with data, compilation of reports, as well as a wide range or organizational and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities

• Support in policy and process reviews and gap analysis
• Coordination and support on day-to-day project management activities
• Support in collection and processing of data
• Support in monitoring and processing all project statuses
• Logistical support in meetings, workshops and other events
• Support in preparation of project reports and presentations, drafting correspondences
• Assisting in maintaining project repositories and intranet site
• Performing other duties as may be assigned

Your background

• Ongoing master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (Non-EU nationals please attach mandatory Internship confirmation)
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Strong sense of duty and responsibility as well as passion about the details and willingness to work according to standards and quality requirements
• Ability to interact effectively and build cooperative relationships with different parties
• Ability to work with MS Office apps (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to organize own work and to work independently, furthermore work in a team
• Experience with PMO, project coordination and/or administration, preferably in an international environment, would be advantageous
