    Position summary

    The work model for the role is: Onsite/Hybrid. Onsite/Hybrid Linkedin # This role is contributing to the Robotics Business in Bangalore region. You will be mainly accountable for: • Executing purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. • Designing and implementing plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets. • Supporting in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements. • Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in your area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.

    • Support to proposal team at bidding stage for getting quotations from suppliers and price negotiations.
    • Vendor management- new vendor onboarding, SAP Ariba process etc.
    • Validation, analysis of received quotes.
    • Daily interaction with the project team for technical discussions, deliverables, cost etc.
    • Negotiations.
    • Adherence to all statutory policies & procedures for all Local Business Line's requirement. Ability to demonstrate your experience in End to end knowledge of SAP MM, PS module is mandatory .
    • Possess an enhanced knowledge of about various commodities will be added advantage.
    • You are passionate about Regular delivery follow-up for issued PO's. MES and MRA follow up and solve issues related to it. Follow up for GR and IR for material supply as well as for services
    • Degree in Bachelor's or Master's with 3 to 5yrs of experience in procurement operations.
    • You are at ease communicating in English both verbal and written.
    • You hold India Specific Work permit or Visa.
