    As a Procurement Specialist for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will manage and develop Chinese suppliers for units’ demand out of China (Europe and the United States), for both IEC Low Voltage Motors division and NEMA Motors division.

    This position reports to

    Global Procurement Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Maintaining existing suppliers’ relationship (regular communication, performance review, trouble shooting)
    • Developing new suppliers to meet company expectation globally
    • Developing components to achieve project targets on quality, timeline, volume and cost
    • Keeping yourself updated with market situation for assigned categories. Collaborating with Global team on category strategy implementation and contribute strategy development
    • Assessing and developing suppliers to fulfill company requirement on supplier qualification, HSE, Sustainability and Integrity
    • Running innovation workshop with suppliers. Supporting Continuous Improvement on product design, production process, logistic, etc.
    • Identifying supply risk, creating risk mitigation plan and executing them
    • Securing material availability and adequate capacity

    Your background

    • Above 3 years of working experience in SCM / Sourcing or equivalent
    • A Bachelor’s degree or above
    • Project management experience
    • Fluent in business level in verbal and written English
