Job Summary: Support the Product Marketing Manager in all aspects of the product life cycle management, by achieving various activities to maintain competitiveness and promote new product strategies. Play an important interface role with sales, customer service, quality assurance specialists, the marketing communication department and manufacturing plants.

    Your responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage information and data pertaining to the product lines: catalogues, Web, price lists, samples, proofing of technical details, documentation, price lists;
    • For certain aspect in the creation of sales and marketing tools: participate in the creation process, updating and coordinate. (counter mats, brochures, educational webinars, presentations, tables of equivalences, etc.);
    • Treat the various price requests on a daily basis. Validation of manufacturing costs, determine price selling, check and validate sales specifications, sometimes deals with suppliers, etc.;
    • Initiates the item creation process to the system in collaboration with the various departments involved;
    • Participate and coordinate certain aspects during product promotions. Participates in briefing, writing memos, creating rapport, working and collaborating with different departments, and monitoring results);
    • Create monthly reports summarizing sales by product line;
    • Technical support for sales and customer service departments;
    • Receive customer complaints, analyze them, determine the action to be taken and coordinate the follow-up;
    • Participate in product development meetings with Product Marketing Manager and Engineering;
    • Make various presentations via PowerPoint and provide technical training internally on tools, products and marketing material.

    Your background

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a connected sector;
    • Ease and ability to work with technical information;
    • Marked organizational skills and initiative;
    • High level of competency in interpersonal communications and team work;
    • Comfortable to do presentations and present technical information;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
    • Perfectly bilingual (French / English).
